1. Definition

• The Artbridge Market Positioning & Readiness (AMPR™) is the highest mark of market authority—a rare conferral of readiness and prestige trusted by the art world’s most powerful institutions. It aligns your portfolio with the exact standards used by leading auction houses, private banks, museums, and investment committees to define cultural and financial relevance. Backed by rigorous, data-verified valuations and recognized across 33 global art capitals, the AMPR™ connects you to the expectations of over 12,000 verified collectors, curators, and foundations worldwide. This is not a service for purchase—it is a signal of inevitability, commanding trust, erasing uncertainty, and securing your place among those positioned for acquisition by the world’s most discerning collectors.

2. Purpose of AMPR™

The Artbridge Market Positioning & Readiness (AMPR™) designation serves as an official credential of market authority for the Artist. Its purpose is to:

• (A) Establish the Artist’s market identity in accordance with the evaluative criteria utilized by leading auction houses, private wealth offices, museums, and institutional investors globally.

• (B) Provide documented, data-backed validation of the Artist’s readiness for acquisition within the high-value collector economy, ensuring recognition by credible market actors and decision-makers.

• (C) Grant the Artist structured access to proprietary and selectively curated circles of institutional and private collectors, under a framework of confidentiality, exclusivity, and investment-grade legitimacy. This access includes entry to Artbridge Nexus’s private network, spanning 33 of the world’s most influential art capitals and comprising 12,000+ verified collectors, curators, and foundations actively engaged in acquisition and patronage at the highest level.

3. Eligibility & Selection

• AMPR™ is by invitation only. Invitation follows an internal evaluation based on artistic merit, market-readiness, and institutional fit.

• Submission or inquiry does not guarantee invitation. Selection is intentionally rare and discretionary.
  
  

4. Benefits & Access

5. Non-Purchase & Non-Guarantee

• AMPR™ does not guarantee sales, representation, exhibition, or specific market outcomes. It is a credential and positioning instrument intended to improve access and recognition.

6. Intellectual Property & Use of AMPR™ Designation

• You retain full copyright and all other rights in your work. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership.

• Artbridge Nexus retains all rights to the AMPR™ name, marks, badges, and credential framework. You may display AMPR™ credentials only as provided and in the approved form. Any reproduction, alteration, or misuse of AMPR™ marks is prohibited.

7. Evaluation Materials & Limited License

• To assess eligibility, you may be asked to share materials and information. You remain the owner of all materials provided.

• By providing materials for evaluation, you grant Artbridge Nexus a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such materials solely for evaluation, internal review, and for the explicit purposes of implementing AMPR™ benefits. This limited license does not permit public display, publication, or commercial exploitation beyond evaluation unless a separate written agreement is made.

8. Confidentiality

• Evaluations, methodologies, and candidate information are proprietary and treated with strict confidentiality.

• Personal and professional information shared with Artbridge Nexus will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy [link to Privacy Policy]. We will not disclose your identity, work, or evaluation outcomes to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
  
  

9. Non-Transferability 

• AMPR™ is non-transferable and cannot be sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred to another individual or entity.
  
  

10. Revocation & Integrity

• Artbridge Nexus reserves the right to revoke AMPR™ status where there has been material misrepresentation, fraud, or conduct that materially undermines the integrity of the credential. Revocation will be exercised only after review and with notice to the artist.
  
  

11. Fees, Payments & Refunds

• When fees apply for preparatory work, expedited analysis, or bespoke services related to AMPR™, they will be fully disclosed in advance and documented in a separate agreement. There are no hidden costs or surprise charges—artists will only be responsible for what is agreed upon in writing.

• Due to the highly specialized and tailored nature of AMPR™ credentialing, any paid components—where applicable—are considered non-refundable unless a refund policy is explicitly stated in the written agreement.

12. Representations & Artist Commitments

By participating in the AMPR™ process, you confirm that:

• You are the rightful owner (or duly authorized) of materials provided.

• Materials are truthful and accurate.

• You will cooperate reasonably with Artbridge Nexus during evaluation and follow-up.
  
  

13. Limitation of Liability 

We design AMPR™ to provide market clarity and access. However, Artbridge Nexus does not promise particular financial or reputational outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Artbridge Nexus is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in AMPR™. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability will be limited to an amount reasonable under the circumstances.

14. Amendments

Artbridge Nexus may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated Effective Date. We will communicate significant updates to AMPR™ participants.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

All proceedings, interpretations, and decisions related to AMPR™ are governed by the internal principles and protocols established by the AMPR™ Council. These protocols are designed to maintain fairness, transparency, and the integrity of the program. In the event of a dispute, resolution will be handled exclusively through the AMPR™ Council’s internal review process. External jurisdictions, courts, or tribunals do not apply, as AMPR™ operates as a sovereign, invitation-based entity committed to the highest standards of equity and confidentiality.
