Welcome to the Artbridge Nexus Evaluation Process. By submitting your application and the Evaluation Fee, you are initiating the first step in what may become one of the most pivotal opportunities in your creative career. These terms outline the respectful, aspirational, and secure foundation upon which your candidacy is reviewed.

Artbridge Nexus Application Terms of Consideration
1. Portfolio Review Retainer & AMPR™ Delivery

1.1. Retainer Fee: A one-time USD $150.00 Portfolio Review Retainer is due upon submission.
1.2. Purpose: The Retainer covers our full evaluation process and the creation of your personalized Artbridge Market Positioning Report (AMPR™), which outlines our findings on your market fit, collector alignment pathways, and strategic positioning.
1.3. Refund Policy—Not Accepted: If your application is not approved, we will refund the Retainer in full within 10 business days of our decision.
1.4. Retention—Accepted: If you are approved, the Retainer immediately becomes non-refundable and is applied toward your entry into our network.

2. Evaluation & Notification

2.1. Review Process: Every portfolio undergoes a curatorial assessment, strategic market analysis, compatibility review against active collector profiles, and AMPR™ synthesis.
2.2. Decision Timeline: We strive to notify all applicants within 30 days of submission. Formal acceptance or declination is delivered by email.

3. Admission & Next Steps

3.1. Acceptance Letter:
Successful applicants will receive a formal Letter of Admission outlining:

• Your invitation to join either the Artist Intelligence Reserve™ or Elite Core™

• A tailored overview of your Art Market Positioning Report™ (AMPR)

• Discreet next steps to initiate your placement within the network
  
  

4. If Not Selected

4.1. Notification & Refund: Declined applicants receive a formal notice and full Retainer refund.
4.2. Reapplication: You may reapply in future review periods as your portfolio evolves or network needs shift, without penalty.

5. Confidentiality & Data Use

5.1. Privacy: All materials—artwork, statements, and personal data—are handled under our Privacy Policy. We will not publish or disclose your portfolio without your written consent.
5.2. Non-Intrusive Acknowledgment: We may internally note your application (e.g., “Applicant X applied in Q2 2025”) solely for record-keeping and quality assurance.

6. Integrity & Respect

6.1. Final Determination: Our decisions are final, confidential, and not subject to appeal.
6.2. Professional Conduct: Applicants agree to refrain from disparagement or public criticism of Artbridge Nexus.

7. Legal & Jurisdiction

7.1. Governing Law: These terms are subject to our Terms & Conditions (https://www.artbridgenexus.com/legal-overview/terms-conditions) and governed by the Charter and internal laws of Artbridge Nexus under its sovereign authority.
7.2. Modifications: We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the application portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Agreement by Submission

By submitting your application and paying the Retainer, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. This digital submission carries the same legal weight as a signed document.
