General Protocol

All inquiries must be submitted in writing using the official communication form. Due to the nature of our work, we do not conduct phone calls, video conferences, or casual meetings.

• We do not respond to partnership solicitations.

• We do not accept cold pitches from marketing agencies or representatives.

• We do not grant visibility to portfolios submitted outside of the pre-qualification process.

To ensure proper routing, please direct your inquiry to the appropriate internal department:

Artists (Portfolio Pre-Assessment Requests)

Submit only if you have been referred, are completing the pre-assessment application, or are requesting a formal review under our intake schedule.

Collectors (Private Access Requests)

Direct inquiries regarding current artist access, private viewing privileges, or invitations to participate in the Guaranteed Sales Initiative.

Advisors & Institutions

Requests from curators, consultants, or institutional representatives should include full credentials and nature of inquiry. Anonymous or partial submissions will not be reviewed.

General & Press

All public-facing correspondence or general press requests may be submitted here. A response is not guaranteed.

All communications are protected under covenant.
Unauthorized dissemination, reproduction, or misuse of any interaction is subject to prosecution under applicable federal and private jurisdiction.
